No Mobile Phones Or Any Other Recording Devices

We take your privacy very seriously. No cellphones, cameras or other recording devices are allowed. Anyone found in possession of any sort of camera, recording device or cellphone inside the club will be escorted out and may be banned permanently.

Valid ID Required

A valid, government-issued photo ID with birthdate is required for entry. ID must be original. No photos or photocopies can be accepted.

Bag Inspection

Bag searches are required on special events and parties. We reserve the right at all times to inspect the contents of any bags, etc. that are brought into the facility prior to entry. Please familiarize yourself with items you may not bring with you in the General Club Rules section of our Legal Notice page.

Clientele

The Basement is a private club for MEN ONLY, age 21 and over.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use

All indoor areas at The Basement are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in the smoking area outside. Vaping and e-cigarettes are allowed at the bar. The use of marijuana (even with a prescription) and other illegal drugs is prohibited. Any offender will be prosecuted within the full extent of the law and be banned from the premises.

Dress Code

The Basement does not enforce a general dress code. Anything goes as long as visitors wear traditionally male attire.

Colognes, body sprays and other fragrances are strongly discouraged.
